Who these terms cover

These terms apply to the use of this website, published by Emrys Business Solutions (EBS), Myanmar. By browsing the site you accept them. They cover the website only.

Website content is informational

The content on this website describes what EBS does and how we work. It is provided for information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not create a contract between you and EBS.

Product descriptions, screenshots and feature lists are illustrative. Interfaces and capabilities can change as the product develops. The scope for your business is the one written in your Service Agreement, not a paragraph on this site.

Services are governed by a Service Agreement

Design, delivery, hosting arrangements, support and data handling for a deployed system are governed by a signed Service Agreement and its scope of work. That agreement is available on request before you commit.

If anything in these website terms conflicts with the signed Service Agreement, the signed agreement prevails for the services it covers.

Pricing and quotations

Plan prices published on this website are list prices. They are not a quotation, and they can change; a binding quotation is issued in writing after a discovery call and a written scope. It sets out setup, monthly fees, the support agreement and any conditions that apply.

Support is a separate service: the 24/7 support channel is included on every tier, and support work beyond the channel is quoted by agreement. Upgrades pay only the difference in setup, with data, settings and history carried over, as described on the pricing page.

Intellectual property

This website, its text, design, stylesheets, scripts and images are owned by EBS unless stated otherwise. You may read, share links to, and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy the site or its content into another product or publication without written permission.

Nothing on this website transfers ownership of anything. Ownership of delivered software, its licence terms, and the ownership of the business data in a deployed system are set out in the Service Agreement. The data in a deployed system belongs to the client and stays on the client's premises.

Acceptable use

Please use this website as intended. In particular, do not:

• use it to break any applicable law or to infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• probe, scan or test the site's security without written permission;
• disrupt the site, overload it, or interfere with another visitor's use;
• copy or republish content for commercial use without permission;
• misrepresent an affiliation with EBS or impersonate someone else.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

No warranty for marketing content

This website and its content are provided as they are, for information. We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free or up to date at the moment you read it.

Nothing on this website is a promise about performance, uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties and support commitments for a deployed system come from the signed Service Agreement; the site does not create any.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EBS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including lost profit, lost business or lost data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability related to the website cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid EBS for website access, which is zero: this website is free to read.

Third-party links

This website links to Telegram, email clients and, in future, other services. Those services are operated by other providers under their own terms and privacy policies. EBS is not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website or the way we work changes. The effective date at the top of this page will change with them, and the current version applies from that date. If a change is material, it will be described on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar. Any dispute about this website is subject to the courts of Myanmar, unless the applicable law requires otherwise.
