What we build

Six systems. One operating picture.

Point of sale, inventory, receivables, reporting, custom web apps and automation are modules of one system, not six products bolted together. They share a database on your premises, so a sale at the counter updates stock, the customer's balance and the day's report at the same moment.

01 — Point of sale

Sell in bags, pyis, visses or kilos without a calculator.

The counter has to keep up with how rice, grain and wholesale goods are actually sold. One item can be priced in several units, and the system does the conversion.

The cashier chooses the item, the unit, the quantity and the price. Stock moves in the base unit, so the ledger stays consistent even when the same bag is sold by the viss. A receipt prints in seconds on a 58 mm thermal printer, and an A4 invoice or a PDF copy is available for the office.

  • Multi-unit selling — bag, pyi, viss and kg with conversion stored in the database
  • Barcode scan and quick item search at the counter
  • 58 mm thermal receipts, A4 invoices and PDF copies
  • Price, discount and payment method recorded on every sale
  • Keeps selling when the network drops, then syncs

Best for: retail counters, rice and grain traders, and wholesale depots that sell in more than one unit.

02 — Inventory & purchasing

Every bag that moves leaves a record.

Purchases, sales, transfers and adjustments post to one stock ledger, so the number in the report can be traced back to the document that changed it.

Receive stock from a supplier, transfer it to another branch, or count the shelves at month end — each action writes a movement. Low-stock views show what to reorder, and unit conversion keeps bags, pyis, visses and kilos consistent across the business.

  • Purchases, suppliers and amounts payable
  • Stock ledger with unit conversion — bag, pyi, viss, kg
  • Low-stock views and stock counts
  • Branch transfers with per-branch permission gates
  • Adjustments for damage, loss and returns

Best for: wholesale and distribution, rice and grain trading, and multi-branch retail.

03 — CRM & receivables

Know who owes you, and when it is due.

Customer and supplier ledgers sit next to the till, so credit is visible while the sale is still being made.

Every credit sale, payment in and payment out posts to the customer's statement. Staff see the balance before extending more credit, and the owner can read total receivables without rebuilding them by hand at the end of the month.

  • Customer and supplier ledgers
  • Statements and unpaid balances
  • Payments in and payments out
  • Sales history by customer
  • Role permissions over who can edit or remove entries

Best for: trading, wholesale and service businesses that sell on credit.

04 — Analytics & reports

Numbers you can act on before the month ends.

Daily and monthly sales, profit and loss with cost of goods, expenses, losses and cash sessions — all built from the same ledger the counter writes to.

Reports open down to the sale or purchase behind a figure. Export to Excel or CSV when the accountant asks, or read the day from a phone on the local network without waiting for a monthly summary.

  • Daily and monthly sales, by branch
  • Profit and loss with COGS
  • Expenses, losses and cash sessions
  • Excel and CSV export
  • Role-based access to sensitive reports

Best for: owners, managers and accountants who need the position without asking for it.

05 — Custom web apps

A web app that fits the workflow you already have.

When the standard modules are not the whole answer, EBS builds a custom web application, dashboard or API on the same on-premise server.

It runs in a browser on the laptops, tablets and phones already on your network — no app store and no per-device install. Custom screens read the same data as the POS and inventory modules, under the same roles and audit log.

  • Custom dashboards and internal tools
  • Browser-based on local network devices
  • Shared database, permissions and audit trail
  • API access where a project needs it
  • White-label options at Premium

Best for: businesses whose daily work does not fit an off-the-shelf product.

06 — Automation

The day's figures, sent to your phone.

A Telegram bot reports daily figures, stock, debts and scheduled reports, so the owner can check the business without opening a laptop.

The bot reads from the same system that records the sales. Messages travel over Telegram; the database stays on your premises and is not uploaded to a third-party dashboard.

  • Daily figures on demand
  • Stock levels and low-stock items
  • Customer debts and unpaid balances
  • Scheduled reports to the owner's chat
  • No extra app to install — Telegram is the client

Best for: owners who run the business from a phone and want the day's numbers without a phone call.

One operating picture

Six systems, one set of numbers.

The modules are not separate products with separate databases. A sale at the counter updates stock, the customer's balance and the day's report in the same transaction.

That is why the numbers agree with each other, and why an owner can open one screen instead of reconciling six spreadsheets.

Illustrative interface

Delivery & deployment

Installed on your premises, supported by the people who build it.

EBS installs the system on a computer you own, on your network. Your team connects from the devices it already uses, and the data does not leave the premises.

On-premise server

The server and database live on a computer at your business. There is no cloud dependency, and the data stays on your premises.

LAN devices, offline-first

Phones, tablets and laptops connect over local Wi-Fi. The app keeps a local database and an outbox, so counters keep selling when the network drops and sync afterwards.

Backups and monitoring

Daily automated backups, weekly restore verification, and health checks every five minutes with a watchdog that restarts the server if it stops.

Data ownership is part of the design. Access is controlled by a role × module × action permission matrix, changes are written to an audit log, and backups are taken automatically. Security overview

Let's scope your system.

Tell us how the counter, the store and the credit work today. We will map it to the six modules and send a scoped quotation based on the published list price — not a guess.
