Privacy policy

What this website does with information, and what happens to the details you choose to send us.

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and makes no third-party requests. The enquiry form has no server behind it: it opens a pre-filled email draft in your own mail app. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.

Who we are

Emrys Business Solutions (EBS) designs, builds and supports business systems — POS, inventory, CRM, custom web apps and automation — for companies in Myanmar and internationally. This policy covers this website and the enquiries that reach us through it.

It does not replace the Service Agreement that governs a deployed system. Where a signed agreement covers the same subject, the agreement applies to that work.

What this website does not do

This is a static website: a set of hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript files served as they are. In particular:

  • No cookies are set, and no local storage is used to identify you.
  • No analytics, advertising, heatmap or session-replay tools are installed.
  • No third-party requests are made. Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are served from this site, not from a CDN or font service.
  • There is no account login, comment system or payment processing on this site.

Links to Telegram and email are ordinary hyperlinks. Nothing is contacted until you choose to follow one.

The enquiry form

The form on the contact page has no server-side handler and no endpoint. When you press send, the page builds a message and asks your device to open a pre-filled email draft in your email app, addressed to minkhantpaiii@gmail.com.

The details you type stay in the page while you fill it in. They are not transmitted to us by the website. Nothing reaches us until you send the email from your own mail app. If you use the copy button and paste the draft into Telegram, the message travels through Telegram rather than through this site.

Please do not put passwords, card numbers or other sensitive credentials in the form. We do not ask for them, and email is not the right channel for them.

Email and Telegram

When you contact us by email or Telegram, those messages are transmitted and stored by the relevant providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We keep the correspondence we need to answer your enquiry, prepare a scope and manage the relationship.

If an enquiry leads to a project, the project records — scope, correspondence and invoices — are kept with the agreement for as long as the work and support relationship continue.

Client business data in deployed systems

For systems we deploy, business data stays on the client's own premises, on the server we set up. EBS does not operate a cloud copy of client business data.

Support access is granted case by case, with the client's permission, and is limited to what is needed to resolve the issue. The system keeps an audit trail of user actions, and daily backups run on the client's own server.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the discussion. Project and support records are kept for the duration of the agreement and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can support the system and keep ordinary business records.

We do not keep information longer than necessary. If an enquiry did not lead to a project, you can ask us to delete it.

Security

Access to correspondence and project records is limited to the people who need it, and credentials are handled in encrypted form. Email and Telegram are third-party channels; no message in transit is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive credentials over them.

We are not certified to ISO 27001 or SOC 2. We document our controls, answer security questionnaires, and can walk your IT team through the architecture of a deployed system.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • confirm what information we hold about you;
  • correct details that are inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete information we no longer need to keep;
  • stop using your information for a particular purpose.

Ask by email or Telegram. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. If we cannot meet a request, we will explain why.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will change with it, and the current version always applies to this site. Material changes will be described on this page rather than applied silently.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or a request about your information, can go to minkhantpaiii@gmail.com or to @emrysbsolutions_bot on Telegram. The contact page lists the service area and what to expect after you write. See also the terms of service.
