The system runs on your own computer. Sales, stock and customer records stay under your control — not in a provider's cloud you can't inspect.
POS, inventory, CRM and custom web apps for growing companies — deployed on your own premises, usable when the internet isn't, and delivered and supported 100% remotely by the people who build them.

Why EBS
Most systems are designed for fast internet, one currency and one way of selling. Shops, traders, agencies and distributors don't work that way — in Myanmar or anywhere else. Ours are built around your counter, your units and your power supply.
The system runs on your own computer. Sales, stock and customer records stay under your control — not in a provider's cloud you can't inspect.
Power cuts and dropped connections are normal. Sales, stock and receipts keep working on the local network and sync when the connection returns.
Sell by bag, pyi, viss or kilogram. Print 58 mm thermal or A4 receipts, track credit balances and move stock between branches.
You reach the people who built and run the system. Support is available 24/7; support work beyond the agreed channel is a separate service quoted with you.

The system
Stock, cash, receivables and reports read from the same ledger. Nothing is retyped between the counter, the store room and the office.

Trust center
Business data is the business. The system is built around ownership, access control, tested backups and evidence — not around a sales deck.
The database lives on your computer. Export it as a file, move it, or take it to another provider — no lock-in.
A permission matrix decides what each role can see and do. Sensitive actions are recorded so the books can be checked.
Automated daily backups, retention from 30 days to one year by tier, and restore drills — not just a backup checkbox.
Health checks every five minutes with automatic restart. Support is available 24/7 on every plan; response times are agreed with you.
We are not ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified, and we don't pretend to be. We document the controls we run, answer security questionnaires, and walk your IT team through the architecture. International clients get the same documented controls, English-language evidence and remote audit calls.
Remote-first delivery
On-premise describes where your data lives, not where we live. Discovery, deployment, training and support are delivered 100% remotely, so distance never decides who gets a better system.
Sessions are scheduled around your working hours, with written runbooks, recorded walkthroughs and async updates so nothing depends on one call.
Everything is delivered over a secure remote session — nothing to arrange on site, and no time lost on the road.
The same access control, audit trail, backup testing and documented runbooks for every client — with English documentation and remote audit calls.
Support in English, Burmese, Chinese and Thai — one team and one system, with no regional hand-offs.
In production
EBS grew out of a rice-trading business in Myanmar — one production site among the businesses we now serve. The same system — POS, stock, receivables, branches and reports — runs that shop's daily operations today.
We build on the same system we sell. Our own trading business runs on it every day — that is the standard we hold the software to.
How we work
No lengthy discovery projects. We look at how the business runs today, scope the smallest system that fixes it, then deploy and train your team remotely — wherever you operate.
Thirty minutes on how sales, stock and credit work today — including the workarounds.
A written scope, the right tier, setup and monthly costs, stated as a fixed quote.
Deployed over a secure remote session, configured with your products and units, and trained with your team over video — we don't need to be on site.
Backups monitored, 24/7 support, and changes as the business grows.
Start on the tier that fits. Upgrades are priced as the difference in setup — existing data, settings and history carry over. Everything — implementation, training and support — is delivered remotely.
Industries
The system is shaped by daily use in rice trading and adapted per business — including visa and immigration consultancies — not a generic template with the industry name changed.
Pricing
Every engagement is scoped. The tiers below show where projects typically land; a written quotation follows the discovery call.
For a single shop that needs sales, stock and receipts under control.
For a growing business that needs finance, CRM and staff controls.
For multi-branch operations that need custom workflows and reporting.
List prices in USD. The final quotation confirms scope and dates. Every tier includes 24/7 support; support work beyond the agreed channel is a separate service quoted by agreement. Other currencies are display conversions only.
Questions
On your own computer. The system runs as a local server on-premise and stores its database there. Phones, tablets and laptops connect over your Wi-Fi. Backups are automated, and you can export or take the database file whenever you want.
Day-to-day work continues. The POS and local network keep operating offline, and changes sync when the connection or power returns. The system is built as an offline-first app, not a website that stops loading.
Usually, yes. Data migration is an add-on scoped during discovery: products, units, customers, opening balances and stock. It is quoted with the plan, and we work through it with you rather than dumping a spreadsheet on you. We work through it with you rather than dumping a spreadsheet on you.
Typically 2–10 days depending on scope, branches and how clean the starting data is. A single shop on Basic is usually live within a week; a multi-branch rollout takes longer.
The data is yours. You can export tables to Excel/CSV and take a copy of the database. The software is licensed to you under the Service Agreement; there is no charge for leaving and no hostage data.
Every tier includes 24/7 support — you can reach us at any time. Response times and additional support work are agreed in the Service Agreement; support beyond the 24/7 channel is a separate service quoted with you. Backups and monitoring run regardless.
Yes. Delivery is remote-first: discovery, deployment, training and support are handled over video and secure remote sessions, so we work with clients in Myanmar, across the region and further afield. Pricing and invoices are in USD, and support is available in English, Burmese, Chinese and Thai.
Yes. A case moves from enquiry to visa issued — applicant and destination, a document checklist with expiry alerts, fees and instalments, embassy or consulate appointments, case notes and an audit trail. Open the visa & immigration demo from the demos page to try the workflow with sample data.
No — we don't travel for installation or training. Everything is deployed, configured and supported remotely. On-premise describes where your data lives, on your own computer, not where we are.
